With my combined experience in ministry and business, I have been fortunate to gain a lot of experience over the past 20 years that has enabled me to provide important insights and direction to leaders at pivotal junctions in their lives and their careers.
I have consulted with for-profit and non-profit organizations and leaders and enjoy helping to identify issues, solve problems, and determine the best solutions. I once had a client refer to me as his, “surrogate CEO”, which he intended as a compliment (I think!).

Casey Cease has over 20 years of experience in serving both non-profit and for-profit organizations. He has a passion to help leaders maximize their impact, gain clarity on their calling, and discover how to best use their strengths and gifts in all areas of their lives.
Casey has been serving as a strategic coach and consultant for nearly a decade and has helped his clients to gain clarity, think strategically, act intentionally, and receive helpful accountability.
In addition to coaching and consulting, Casey served for many years as the Founding and Lead Pastor of Christ Community Church in The Woodlands / Magnolia area (Acts 29), is the Founder and CEO of Lucid Media, and the Executive Director of Transform Ministries. Casey has a B.A. in Psychology from University of Houston and a M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Houston Campus).

Casey has been married to Stephanie since 2001 and they have two beautiful daughters, Braelyn & Abigail.
